Talk about the company but not only…

In your CV and cover letter, you should also emphasize your familiarity with the organization. To do so, go to the company’s institutional website, search for all relevant information, and don’t be afraid to discuss recent developments. The recruiter will see that you are not answering “on the spur of the moment,” but are already participating in the company’s daily operations.
