Job Description

  • Overall owner of current engagement; achievement of deal business case
  • Develop, mature, & expand the client relationship / maintain high CSAT
  • Fertilization – upsell & grow / P&L (Profit and Loss) owner / maximize deal’s key financials
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are being met
  • Bring forward innovation & modernization strategies for client
  • Understand competitive landscape within client’s environment
  • Actively in building account business plans & strategy

 

Mindset & behavior

  • Represent the “voice of the client”
  • Actively sell Atos’ portfolio to enlarge ER (External Revenue) & further penetration
  • Consistently advocate Atos’s value & commitment to the client
  • Actively manage expectations, safeguard price vs. service expectation
  • Maintain constant flow of innovative dialogue and FOM strategy
