Job Description

Role Description:
• Perform complete discovery change management assessments
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Identify, manage, and define strategy for anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams and business units change management leads
• Prepare information session presentation to Executives and project leadership
• Assess Transformation Capabilities Index (TCI) change readiness via project leader & Client
BU representative Stakeholder interviews
• Identify a stakeholder map of key impacted groups (based on BU lines and geographies)
• Create a list of personas (user groups) and how they will be impacted (high-level future
state description)
• Assess existing training and reference methods and tools that will be impacted or undergo
gaps due to the change
• Conduct a change leadership alignment studio workshop with key stakeholders to co-create
a personalized change strategy and roadmap action plan with real-time business alignment
using design thinking methods
• Document the change management strategy as it has been co-created with stakeholders.

Skills Required:

Ideal Work Experience/Profile:
Experience in digital transformation and people change management: 10+ years
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts (5000+ employees across 10+
business units): 10+ years
Experience coaching managers and supervisors and coordinating other specialists: 10+ years

Soft skills/ personnalité recherchée:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical and structured
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Change management certification or designation

Education/Accreditation/Technical Expertise:
• Change management certification or designation
