Marketing Campaign Manager

Duties And Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To) :

• Manage campaigns for assigned corridors to effectively promote and grow the business
• Take responsibility for all assigned campaigns and sales driver initiatives
• Analyze sales and create strategies to mitigate losses
• Produce regular sales reports
• Provide input into the marketing strategies and tactics
• Keep informed and up to date on the marketing strategy and performance of marketing initiatives
• Provide ideas and input for the marketing strategy and tactics
• Brief and compile media and marketing plans for assigned corridors and products
• Market analysis and gathering of market intelligence of products and customers
• Ensure effective marketing communication through marketing collateral, public relations, and online activities
• Writing (when required) and preparing copy for marketing material and initiatives (brochures, flyers, posters, video scripts, etc.)
• Identify, brief, and review press releases relevant to your assigned corridor/ campaign
• Research and understand target audiences of various external media to identify appropriate channels
• Collate material, edit copy, and action direct marketing campaigns/newsletters
• Manage advertising campaigns from conception to successful completion
• Identify and execute sponsorship opportunities

Key Requirements :

• Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
• Related tertiary qualification (Essential)
• 5-year marketing experience (Essential)
• Relevant industry experience (Desirable)
• Asana experience (Desirable)
• Knowledge of marketing principles (Essential)
• Knowledge of marketing & communication media processes (Essential)
• Knowledge of the Mukuru products (Desirable)
