The Marketing & Communications Manager should have a passion for the brand and be selfdriven. They should be motivated to help the company grow by creating a captivating Customer
Experience Culture that resonates through the entire sales team and creates a love for the
brand across all retail points. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent
communication skills, be creative, open minded, engaging, smile a lot and have and the ability
to lead a sales and marketing team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales,
meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department to create customer
focused ads that will drive new customer engagement. You will also be tasked with creative
approaches to getting into new territories and partnerships opportunities to connect with more
customers

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



Develop and implement a Marketing Strategy/Plan for social media and instore marketing, in
line with Companies goals and objectives.
– Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
– Develop innovative ways to increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
including our Shop, Events, Social Media and Website
– Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
where appropriate
– Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer research to understand customer
interests and needs to provide effective content
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals –

– Direct and oversee all design and advertising ventures
– Represent the company at events to promote the brand and engage new customers
– Generate opportunities to collaborate and develop partnerships with other
companies/brands, locally, regionally and internationally
– Look for high quality media opportunities to promote the brand
– Set up and coordinate learning/training opportunities about brand and product information
for sales team – Keep up to date with advances on social media and the latest digital marketing
and media tools available. – Maintain the highest standards & global best practices of
communication always.
– Be up to date on relevant beauty industry news, trends and products
– Present weekly progress reports to executives – Manage print and digital asset inventory to
ensure creative alignment across.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
• 2-4 years of marketing or marketing communications experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software
• Experience with digital marketing, web design and/or graphic design (Photoshop, Shopify,
social media, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong public speaking skills
• Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills

• Strategic, innovative and creative
personality with a strong business acumen
• Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate task
