Education & Language Skills
- University and/or Masters degree
- Excellent verbal & written English skills
Professional Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably as HR Performance Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner
- Having a good level of MS Office and reporting skills
- Labour Law knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization
- Result-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet project deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with a high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability
- No restriction to travel
