Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities (Include But Is Not Limited To) :

  • Compile effective and engaging training programs
  • Create training programs to achieve desired training outcomes
  • Create presentations for each training program
  • Compile training packs and materials for every training session for each participant
  • Conduct training courses in a professional and effective manner
  • Ensure training venue is set up optimally for required training sessions
  • Ensure attendance registers are signed each day
  • Carry out training in a professional manner
  • Ensure training concepts are successfully transferred to each participant
  • Conduct post-training assessments when required
  • Conduct training for external parties
  • Deliver effective training for sales agents and external PayIn and PayOut partners
  • Provide support to partners when additional training or queries arise
  • Conduct training audits for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Carry out audits to see if participants are complying with training content
  • Fix training related issues
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Compile post-training assessment forms
  • Ensure all participants complete forms
  • Analyse responses and identify ways to improve training programs
  • Manage own professional and self- development

Key Requirements :

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Training qualification
  • Degree in HR related field
  • Train-the-trainer/assessor /moderator
  • 1 year training and facilitation experience
  • Knowledge of training methodologies
  • Knowledge of Mukuru products
  • Knowledge of Mukuru systems
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of PayIn and PayOut partners
